I absolutely loved this tour! I had previously completed the Northern Explorer tour and had always hoped to visit Auschwitz. When I discovered that the Eastern Highlights tour included Auschwitz in the itinerary, I was ecstatic. After comparing several group tours, this one was the perfect fit. I was flying from Minnesota into Munich, and the flight options worked much better for me. There are not many convenient flights from Minnesota to Poland, and since I had already visited Poland before, I didn't want to take a tour focused only on Poland. This itinerary gave me the chance to explore several countries while also visiting one of the places I most wanted to see. One of the highlights of the trip was our tour leader, Dora Jokkel. She went above and beyond every day and handled all of the logistics with care and professionalism. Dora is truly an incredible person.
