April 2026 - Ireland/Northern Ireland with Inga and Sean. Like all of the other Expat Tours that I've taken, this one, my 5th, again exceeded my expectations. The itinerary was fantastic. We saw so many places with ample time at each spot. Our guide, Inga, was very knowledgeable about Irish history and told interesting stories (some to be taken with a grain of salt) about the places we visited. She also sings beautifully and treated us to a few songs, some serious and some amusing, along the way. Our driver, Sean, was amazing in his ability to maneuver the huge bus around the narrow and windy roads of Ireland. I felt very safe the entire way. Some tours are included and others are optional. This is good because it allows travelers to explore a city on their own, if they prefer. I booked every optional tour that was offered on this trip and I felt that they were well worth the cost. I was very, very happy that I did and I fully enjoyed each one. For the most part, the people who travel with Expat are true travelers who respect the countries being visited and who want to see as much and learn as much as they can about these cities and countries. I've made many good friends as a solo traveler with Expat Explore and am looking forward to my next trip!

My husband and i had a great experience we really enjoyed the tour and the beauty of Ireland. Our tour leader Gerry was very informative and very helpful he made the tour very enjoyable. Our driver CJ was the best you can have making our trip safe and worry free.

The Irish Explorer gave us an amazing look at Ireland, stopping at numerous cities, learning a considerable amount of history and current events going on, and meeting wonderful people along the way. This is our 3rd time using Expat, and we couldn't be happier with this experience. We really enjoyed Belfast and the Titanic museum (a must do), the Giant's Causeway, Derry, The Cliffs of Moher, Galway, Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Blarney Castle, the Irish Sheep dogs, Dublin, the beautiful green countryside, and the great food and pubs. This tour is the perfect amount of time to get a great overview of a beautiful country rich in history with more scenic landscape than we imagined. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! We will be back for a 4th adventure in the near future!

It was a fast pace action packed Expat tour. We were blessed with wonderful weather. Our tour leader and bus driver operated like a well oiled machine.We were a really nice group of tour members and all went almost too smooth.

From quaint small towns, to bustling big cities, and hidden gems on an off-beat path, you see it all! Our tour guide and coach driver were amazing. Enda guided us through what seemed like impossibly narrow streets, while Luke kept us entertained with memorable stories of Ireland's history and folklore. I have not been on many tours but I know this experience is going to be hard to beat. Luke and Enda have set the bar high.

This tour gave us such a lovely quick view of all of the highlights of Ireland. Our tour leader Luke was just the best, full of knowledge and enthusiasm and our driver Karl was amazing at getting the coach through some tight spots. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to explore Ireland.

We had a fantastic time on our tour! Mike was a fun guide and made us laugh, as well as giving us all the history of the areas we visited. We loved the jaunting ride and Ring of Kerry optional excursion. We met some wonderful people on the tour with us and they'll be people we will keep in touch with!

This tour was an amazing experience that allowed us to see so much of the beauty and sights that Ireland has to offer, and was filled with friendly people who made the tour one to remember for a lifetime. It offered time to explore on our own, but also provided ways to connect with other tour members. Danny our tour guide and Tony our bus driver were excellent in their roles as well!

Fast paced tour around Ireland. Decent lodging with fun excursions

Our Ireland tour exceeded our expectations! It was fast-paced but it packed in a lot of destinations and information. Our tour guide Luke was invaluable. Luke was the friendliest, most fun and informative tour guide I have ever met! He made all of the facts and local history interesting and was never ever boring, not even during our time on the bus between stops. He was as accommodating as possible given the tight agenda of the trip. I asked whether or not we were making a specific stop along the Ring of Kerry and I found out wasn't on our agenda. Instead of just giving me a yes or no answer, he then worked with our fabulous bus driver Dan and they somehow worked it into our schedule. I couldn't believe they could make it happen!! I was completely blown away and grateful. You would never believe that Luke and our bus driver Dan had never met before. The two had immediate chemistry and the duo made the trip even more enjoyable! The banter between the two was priceless! With their jokes and laughter, as well as Dan's local knowledge, we had more fun on the bus than we could ever have imagined; and we know we're not alone in that feeling because everyone on the tour was raving about their partnership. Having never been on a group tour like this, we worried about what it was going to be like traveling with a bunch of strangers. We were extremely pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the group and enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends from around the world, most of whom have been on at least one Expat tour (and some as many as 6 or more!). We were assured that our amazing tour guide Luke wasn't an anomaly in that most of the tour guides provide just as much fun and have just as much energy. (I'll have to see it to believe it because Luke was truly phenomenal!) Luke has set a very high standard for future Expat tours we hope to take. If we aren't lucky enough to tour with Luke again, I really hope we love our next Expat tour guide just as much!!

Ireland is beautiful and i was so lucky to get amazing weather for the whole week! I went on this tour solo as a 25 year old female from the UK, this was my second expat explore trip solo. On the two tours i have been on i've made friends from different places and different ages , everyone always seems to get on so well. The tour guide Luke was friendly knowledgeable and fun, as well as the coach driver Dan, both of them made the experience so enjoyable. I definitely recommend the Ring of Kerry optional extra! This and the included, giants causeway and cliffs of moher were my personal highlights
